Love yourself and eat healthily

I have been pretty conscious of the effect consumption has on my life. It has been a journey learning that some things i loved were terrible for me. Since then I have cut out the majority of my processed sugars and gluten is minimized. I have learned to love eating veggies and fresh fruit instead of candy and other snacks. It became a big deal to me because i see obesity runs in my family and i want to avoid such an infliction.
