When I was in practice as a Nurse Practitioner patients were amazed that many of their problems could be resolved just by drinking water.

It is important to note though, that fluoridated water should be avoided at all cost. A recent research article published in the prestigious medical journal The Lancet states that fluoride is a neurotoxin that causes ADD, ADHD, dementia and other neurological disorders.

Given that information, read the warning on a tube of toothpaste containing fluoride instructing consumers not to ingest the toothpaste because it could cause harm. The recommended amount of toothpaste one should use on a daily basis is minuscule compared to the recommended eight glasses of water per day you should drink to maintain good health.

Taking that one step further, consider your daily shower or bath. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and it absorbs fluoride as you bathe or shower increasing the amount of fluoride in your body.

Fluoride is an extremely hazardous toxin that should be avoided at all cost.

While you can avoid drinking and bathing fluoridated by purchasing expensive whole house water filters specific for the removal of fluoride or buying bottled spring water. The best resolution is to not put poison in the water in the first place.
