Inspiration on hold...
The post below is a repost...I’ve lost writing inspiration lately... when I am 💯 fruits, my ability to write often flows, my mind is clear, ideas manifest, etc... lately I’ve been eating fruits, greens, raw /cooked vegan gourmet... I can notice a huge difference in the way I feel, look, function, etc...nothing is superior to a cleansing diet of fruits imo....in about a week I shall return to 💯 fruits (after my family reunion)... looking forward to this time, but I am also going to enjoy this in between time... the one habit I will never change? Always making my first meal juicy fruits!!
And so the dietary confusion continues..
Many individuals get so close to the truth, but close is not good enough if you wish to heal the root cause & fully restore your health....

You just reduced some acid-forming foods... so you felt a little better... and that person did that in a different way... the overall solution is the same: REMOVE ACID-FORMING FOODS! 😀
And the program that gets the MOST results from EVERYONE is a raw fruitarian diet (no acid-forming foods at all)”.
