If you are forty do not worry life changes and takes a better turn...Yes, a new turn after 40 for all. If you are forty years old it is sure that you will feel and have many changes in your life both mentally and physically. I am not unleashing iconoclastic views on age but it is true as far as for the people who have touched forty and crossed.

Just check your energy level before forty and after forty definitely many differences will be seen. I hope GOD must have set some benchmark for the humans on age and the forty is one of it. I can feel the difference and realizing the importance of age, what to do time gone!
