Healthy yummy chocolate-mint cake.

From many days i was on a diet but yesterday i wanted to have something delicious so decided to make healthy and chocolatey deit cake with a combination of mint. so i finally made a diet chocolate mint cake.

So for making healthy and tasty cake you will need the following ingredients :-

  1. 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  2. 1 and 1/2 cup of pure honey
  3. 2 tbs of baking powder
  4. 1 and 1/2 cup of low fat milk
  5. 2 tbs of cocoa powder
  6. 1 tbs of baking soda
  7. 1/2 cup of melted chocolate ( for filling )
  8. Mint extract
    Procedure :-

Take a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Then in an another bowl take milk, honey and mint extract and mix well. Then keep adding the milk mixture to dried ingredients and keep mixing well. Now preheat your oven at 180 ° and greese the baking dish with oil or butter and sprikle some flour to prevant sticking. Then finally pour the batter to the dish and bake for 20 mins at 200 ° . pour some melted chocolate over the cake and serve fresh. And make sure you add some drops of mint extract to the chocolate too to make the cake more fresh.

Now the mouth watering chocolate cake is ready to eat 😋😋
