This is the benefits of the cucumber as follows:

Cucumber is good source of potassium. If we drink cucumber water it helps your body to get more potassium and it help decrease your blood pressure.For those people who experiencing high blood pressure. It can help you.

Our body need vitamin K and cucumbers are high in vitamin K. Drink cucumber water to make your bone healthy.
