12 Health Tips - To Aid Healthy & Sickness Free Living

Today i will be taking us on a journey of some tips for healthy living. If adhere to sickness free living is almost guaranteed.
As much as this may sound funny, study as have it that the right ear is not so good for calls as the ear on the right side is more fragile and prone to I'll that the left one.
This is known to many already, it's better to use your medicine with warm water, it aid the movement of the medicine and help to circulate to blood stream easily.
Yes! You're less active by this time downward, taking heavy food, you won't be able to shed the cholesterol which can result to fat and can cause alot of diseases. e.g diabetes
Yes! Dehydration occur during the day, when you're cooked up with work, drinking water helps alot in this situation and it also aid digestion and excretion.
Sleeping is good for the body and brain
I couldn't disagree, medicine needs time to work and lying down immediately after taking it, it might lead to settlement, so I think.
This is self explanatory.
Fruit is good for the body and definitely Apple is one of the most useful one among lot.
Almond is also a very useful fruit
Lemon help to burn cholesterol in the body.
Milk is also very good for the body, it has many importance and medical doctors as always it inclusion in our daily feeding.
This is very good for sexual energy and power, it aid sex libido and sex drives.
