Great read,

What is interesting is how close some of these points come to causing stress rather than relieve it.

For example, there is a fine line between aggression and assertion. Obviously there is a time where assertion is necessary, but how easily it can become the more damaging aggression if one is unbalanced emotionally.

So true! Sometimes the very things that can help us relieve stress are the very things that can cause more if our focus is obsessive instead of balanced. Thanks for your insight! :)
