Drink lots of Water but at a right time

Everyone knows that Water is the most important and inseparable thing in our day today’s life, but hardly anyone knows when to and when not to intake it. Today I want to share some basic tips which are very important for our health.

Firstly do not drink water before, alongside or after a meal. Try to drink water 90 minutes before and after the meal, but if it’s not possible in the busy schedule then at least 45 to 60 minutes. The reason why we must avoid consuming water just before, alongside or just after meal is that, it will dilute the digestive juices which will cause improper digestion. Which is one of the main cause that so many of us are suffering through Reflux, Food Intolerance, Constipation, Skin issues, Bad breath, diabetes, obesity, etc.

Any change in life or even if it’s at our job we will not adopt it easily it will the same with water, as it will not be easy initially adopt this change, as our body is wrongly trained from so many years to drink water at wrong time. Our body shouldn’t be, but our mind must control our habits is the only rule. So from now onwards if we all follow just one rule of drinking water we can avoid some deadly diseases from our and our loved ones life. Drink lots of water but at a right time.

Very informative post. Everyone should know this, cos all of us are habitual of drinking water along with our meal. There must be hardly few people who actually keep a track of duration for drinking water.
Its unbelievable that just by drinking water at right time can cure health ailments. Water is magical medicine. That's why it is called as life :)

Knowing the right thing is good, but implementing it, is the important thing. Most of us know when to consume water, but hardly anyone does that. So it was just a reminder.

That's true. These are basic things which have become healthy techniques now in our modern days. But if we analyze animals, they have a more healthy routine than an average busy human being.
