Do meditation. It calms your mind and clears your emotions :-) Just take a watch and program the the timer on 3 minutes ( later take 4, then 5 and so on ) just concentrate on your breath. Breath in- stop a second- breath out. If a thought will come up just go back to your breath. That really will help ;-)
