Nice, upvoted and followed. I have IBS and I wonder if I can place its beginning to the year back in my 20s when I for whatever reason was convinced into getting a flu shot. Only one year! Memory is hazy but I'm pretty sure there's a correlation. I wonder if I can get my old doctors' records?

It is completely your choice but I would recommend not shampooing at all for a month so your hair can create it's own oils again, sometimes this process makes it worse before it gets better and maybe it doesn't work. This worked for me :)

If you decide to continue using shampoo, try using a baby shampoo and add to it about 20 drops of Teatree Oil (pure, 100%, not the supermarket rubbish - there is a good reason why it is cheaper) with a tsp of olive or coconut oil (these additions are for the complete bottle, not per application). Even then, reduce how often you use it.
btw - I use the same concoction for washing myself all over as I get a rash if I use soap.
