The first two are the nonsense reasons but the third, the way smoking rules your life, schedules and plans is THE reason that people should concentrate on to quit.
I haven't managed to quit, I can't remember half a dozen times in the last almost 40 years I have gone 24 hours without a cig.
All I can do is offer you my best wishes for success. So difficult but I ask one thing. When you sucedd, please don't become one of 'those' ex smokers please :-)
I hate them too and I will give my best not become one. They are more annoying then new vegans
