Synthetic things don't work as naturals plants. Plants and pills aren't same thing

@quaquelique true. but not every one can go to ocean,lake to get this plant
so we need to make powder or pill so that more people can use it

@cambridgeport90 yes that's right, but don't have it empty stomach you can have it after breakfast and start with one capsule and see how your body is reacting to it.

Gradually you can increase it from 1 to 2 capsules per day.

Darn. Good call. I do that all the time with my vitamin, and I end up paying for it later.
