  • handful Arugola
  • 2 kiwis
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 orange slices
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of granola



Smoothie 2 - Banana Mango Blueberries Smoothie

  • Chocolate protein powder
  • Handful of pea leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbs promogranate arils
