Hydration is important.

For reading clarity, one fluid ounce equals roughly 29,5 ml, and one pound is around 450 g.

I know, I know, you already knew this, but please treat this as a friendly reminder!

It's important that you drink enough water each and every day, it comprises more than half of our bodies content, after all.
Assuming that you don't sit in place all day and lose fluid while breathing and sweating, you should consider drinking around one ounce for every two pounds of body weight.
If you exercise, or do other physically straining tasks, you should drink more, especially if you are the type to sweat a lot.
I'm afraid I can't give you any exact numbers on this one,
but 1500ml per hour of medium exercise should suffice.

Now, keep in mind that your diet has a huge impact on the amount of fluids you consume, as fruit, yoghurt and juices all contain a lot of it as well, but sodium, alcohol and plenty others reduce it, as well.
If you eat in a balanced manner, this should not be an issue.

Now, if you don't like the taste of plain water, can't bring yourself to drink it once every hour or two (because drinking 70 ounces at once is a terrible idea), you can either spice it up with a slice of lemon, get sparkling water, or simply consume a lot more fruit or juice.
Be careful not to overdo it with other drinks, however, as they might hydrate you, but drinking two litres of cola every day will bring various other detrimental health issues.

Anyways, I hope my little PSA helped you with hydrating properly and maybe even taught you a thing or two!

If you have any thoughts on it, want to add something, or simply correct any mistakes I made, feel free to put that in a comment!

It might be important, but also very racist, mind you!
