Being aware of our bodies posture is another form of mindfulness. Avoid injury or chronic pain by restructuring your bodies movements. Try not to keep tension or duress in your posture, instead allow your muscles to be engaged but not tight.

Often just bringing our mind to a particular area of the body can help us realized how we should avoid:

standing with your back slouched over, instead roll those shoulders back and stand up straight,

avoid standing with your knees locked, bend them just enough to engage the muscle,

avoid standing or leaning on one hip to often, try re-centering your body in between both legs,

avoid straining your neck, instead move your body to a better vantage point, and of course

avoid continuous cracking or popping of joints, just don’t do it.
