Why we should learn to add Apple to our everyday diet
We all know that apple is one of the most cultivated and consumed fruits in the world, there is no one in this world or you my fellow steemanian that doesn't know or haven't heard of this fruit apple. It's a great fruit, it does a lot in the body when consumed. Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. 97.3% of apple is consumed everyday in the world by people. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
Here are some of the good benefits of apple
. It helps us breath easily
. It helps fight cancer in the body (all kinds of cancer)
. It makes us smart
. It helps reduce the risks of diabetes, lastly;
. It prevents us from obesity
