Have you ever woken up tired, even after a night's rest? It's probably because you did not sleep well. Did you know sleep is an important component of our wellbeing? The WHO defines health as
The state of complete physical, social and mental wellbeing, and not merely the absence of a disease or an infirmity.
This means that you may not be sick, but if you're not having enough sleep, then you are not healthy!
What having enough sleep means is to sleep such that you wake up feeling refreshed and alert, ready to start your day. So, sleep long enough to work long enough and be productive.
