Let's To Go Sleep.
Once, I asked a friend of mine; “What do you think is the most consistent of our daily activities?”
She'd thought about it for a while, then she'd given out an answer which hadn't even crossed my mind.
"Sleep."
My thoughts had ran along the lines of food, but her answer had struck a core within me. She had been right.
The world keeps changing, and in an effort to keep up with its fast pace, we change our routines, our itineraries and our plans. But there's one thing I've realized: sleep is never missed.
A person who has a business dinner late in the night would catch some sleep during the day and vice versa. Rain or shine, we sleep after a hard day's —or night's work.
People confuse rest and sleep even though both are not the same. What then is rest, and what is sleep?
Rest is a condition in which there is freedom from labour and activity without emotional stress.
This means that when an individual is at rest, he is free from activity, stress and anxiety.
Sleep is a state of rest accompanied by an altered level of consciousness and relative inactivity with decreased environmental perception.
So you see, rest is a condition, but sleep is a state of rest. With sleep, you lose perception of your environment, you are inactive and your level of consciousness is altered. This means that you're a lost cause to any activity around you.
Sleep is very beneficial. I wish you a good night's sleep filled with gentle dreams.

I think it is very good that you mention sleep as an "activity", most do not consider it that way, when you consider it activity, then you pay more attention, and sleep deserves much more care than we give it.

You'd better have put a picture of yourself sleeping, or maybe, are you applying a marketing strategy?
