Good Diets, Relaxation and Good Environment!

Ignorance kills and when you go on to pretend your health is just some joke, you will put your life in harm's way.
Your immune system has an extraordinary power that will put up that boost and help your stand against the destructive forces that are evident in life.


You must learn how your body works, so that you will be able to have a feel of your body and get the signals should you be feeling different.
Good Diets, Relation and a good Environment really play fantastic roles in determining our well being.



Good Diets.- These are what you eat and when you have good diets, you will be able function well both physically and mentally. Good diet, preferably plant based whole natural meals are essential for healthy living and when you are in good supply of those, you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Take meals that will enhance your natural state of being.



Relaxation.- In life, there is a need to get adequate rest, sleep and a normal level of exercise to help your body accommodate the meals you take.
Ensuring a healthy lifestyle is important, and relaxing as much as posible helps in more ways than one. You eat, you sleep you exercise and work, the circle becomes complete



Good Environment.- The quality of our health is vastly determined by the where we eat, work and sleep. Eating good food and staying in an unhealthy environment will make survival impossible.
A dirty and unpleasant environment will always bring about bad health and when you get eaten up by these, you will become sick. In your place of residence or work, get the right amount of fresh air, good drinking water and appropriate sunshine. Avoid getting mixed with these environmental hazards like pollution, chemical and dust engulfed areas.



You are what you eat, how you relax and your place of rest tells more about your personality. The above mentioned are major keys to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You health is your wealth.

True words. Most people actually play with their health.

They forget that you can choose to fight the sickness from a place of health or decide to wait till it overpowers you before seeking remedy.

so what would you recommend to someone (let's say me) who is most def not doing all this stuff and still feels healthy? I mean, I eat junk food and don't exercise and I still don't feel any sickness or something, so it's kinda hard to change my ways. (i'm really asking, not a joke)

Really, you eat junk food, don't exercise and don't feel any sickness? Your state of mind must be stealth. What about environment, clean or dirty? If you feel healthy and string as you claim, please maintain your routine,we all have different genes and they tend to work differently for everyone.

yes that's right. I do all the "wrong" things and still feel fine. but I do want to start eating healthier and do some workouts, it's just hard to start without the incentive (like "feel better").

Even though you might not be noticing it now, a lack of nutrients in your diet can cause problems on the long term. For example, if your diet contains little minerals and what you eat has a lot of phytic acids (like in grains and nuts) which make it even harder for your body to pick up those minerals, then this is a recipe for problems with yout teeth and bone structure. Your body will draw its minerals from your own teeth in times of shortage, causing all kinds of problems. Not to scare you, but definitely the health incentive should be there. Since you would like to stay healthy in years to come also, right? ;)
Apart from that, maybe you can try and find out why you need so much of an incentive to pick up more healthy habits? For me, sports is among the most fun things I do in the week. We have an Ultimate Frisbee team here in Rotterdam and I just love playing with them!! Find yourself a sport you like, and cool people to do it with! And for food - making quality food is so much fun! Not a punishment ;). And not only making it is fun, eating it is delicious, and even though you feel healthy I am sure that home cooking with quality ingredients will add to your feeling of satisfaction and well-being. Hello Kingst. It is true that we need to be more careful of our health. Good diet, Relaxion and good environment can really boost our health tremendously

I completely agree with you.

because of the work life ,most people not caring about health.

That too is responsible, so my advise is to try and mange your diet well by adding more greens. We need good health to keep working.
