  • keep your net carbs under 25 grams per day (around 5% of your daily calories)
  • keep protein around 15%
  • your main source of energy will come from fat.
  • balance your diet by eating alkalizing foods

it will take time for your body to get used to the adjustment in energy intake, this is known as keto flu and I found that drinking a glass of vanilla green drink before a long fast had accelerated my keto transformation.
