I continue to lose weight and body-fat with ease while in Ketosis

This is my last weight-in before my carb-up tomorrow

updates to weight-in protocol:

  • I will be weighing in the morning after using the restroom as I suspect that all the water I drink during the day is distorting the measurements.
  • I will begin exercising more seriously at the gym. up this point, I have not really been exercising that intensely, and i am curious what difference that will create in my progress.
