I wish you the best with this, and it sounds like you are ready to quit so I think you got this!

For me, if I want to stop something I substitute something else that is similar. Maybe chewing bubble gum and blowing a lot of bubbles will help! Or vaping with a very low nicotine liquid might be needed. I think if you get past the first few weeks, you'll be an official ex-smoker!
