The Benefits of Drumming on the Body!!!!!!
One of the things I love to do is drum. When drumming your mind can create endless amounts of beats that you yourself love to listen too. What I have recently found out is that drumming has a positive impact on the body.

As said before drumming increases the awareness of your mind and promotes alpha waves. This helps by rebuilding mental health.
The best scientific reason of why drumming is fun is because your brain releases endorphin that causes happiness. This can help with people that have depression.
