Analysis Epidemiology Dengue hemorrhagic Fever Disease in Lhokseumawe City Aceh

Dengue fever DHF (dengue) haemorrhagic fever / DHF is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus with clinical manifestations of fever, muscle pain and / or joint pain that is accompanied by leukopenia.
Year 2009-2013 the proportion of patients with DHF in Lhokseumawe City area highest in the age group of 5-14 years. The second order is varied, whereas during the five years the highest proportion of patients in the age group 5-14 years (52.6%) and the lowest in the age group <1 year and ≥ 65 years (0.0%).

The highest incidence rate in the district of Banda Sakti in 2008 (45.0 per 10,000 population) followed by subdistricts of Muara two (40.5 per 10,000 population) and Blang spirit (34.1 per 10,000 population). Sednagkan in 2007-2010 and 2011 occurred variation in each district, subdistrict of Muara seen two ranks highest incidence in 2009 (35.2 per 10,000 population) and Blang spirit (30.7 per 10,000 population). In 2011 incident in the district of Banda Sakti becomes (21.7 per 10,000 population), Muara Dua (9.0 per 10,000 population), blang spirit (5.0 per 10,000 population) and Muara One (6.9 per 10,000 population).
Incidence of dengue in the city of Lhokseumawe during the years 2007-2011 almost happened throughout the year from January to December, except in March of the year 2007 - 2011 there were only 104 cases. The highest case occurred in November with an average of 0.22 cases and the lowest in March, with an average of 0.05 cases.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is transmitted through the bite of the mosquito Aedes aegypti is one public health problem in Indonesia. In Indonesia the mosquito Aedes aegypti is widespread throughout the country, because it's by all parts of Indonesia are at risk for contracting dengue disease except that a height of more than 1000 meters above sea level. Nationally in 2010, the number of dengue incidence of 1.43 per 10,000 population with Fetality Case Rate (CFR) or a mortality rate of 1.84% (MOHRI, 1992).

In Aceh province, namely dengue incidence rate of 0.21 per 10,000 population with Fetaliti Case Rate (CFR) of 5.4%, the average figure Free Flick (ABJ) by 78%, Regency / City Terjankit as much as 11 regencies / cities (which includes the district of Aceh Tamiang, Aceh Timur, Aceh Utara, Bireuen, Pidie, Aceh Besar, Aceh Barat, Aceh Selatan, Kota Langsa Lhokseumawe and Banda Aceh), from the data reported (health office in Aceh, 2013).

Insidence Rate (IR) in Lhokseumawe city with a population of 171 504 people over the last 5 years shows very sharp increase, in 2009 the IR 15.6 per 100,000 population, by 2010 IR 39.6 per 100,000 population, by 2011 IR 29, 6 per 100,000 population, the 2012 IR 35.2 per 100,000 population, and by 2013 IR 13.7 per 100,000 population. Over the last 3 years in the city of Lhokseumawe there are four districts that are all endemic areas, namely Banda Sakti, Muara Dua, Muara One and Blang Mangat. ABJ in Lhokseumawe is still very low compared to the national figure ABJ indicator (> 95%), most low that in 2010 (79.3%). Lhokseumawe City Health Department through the health center should appeal to people the importance of keeping the environment clean to prevent the outbreak of dengue fever in order to avoid an increase in the number of dengue fever patients every Year of (Health, 2013).

To reduce the number inseden and outbreaks of dengue fever, a disease prevention efforts DBD has been carried out continuously by the Government with the help of local people. Penaggulangan efforts made through the program included the integration of uasha discovery and treatment of patients, observation and monitoring activities, vector eradication, mosquito eradication (PSN) and extension activities to the public.

Describing the epidemiology of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) according to the person, place and time, as well as the extent to which the implementation of the dengue eradication program that has been done, so it is still high numbers of dengue in the city of Lhokseumawe.
In accordance with the purpose of research it was attempted to create a conceptual framework based on theories about the image that summarizes the epidemiology and the implementation of the eradication program of dengue in the city of Lhokseumawe.
