Our Daily Morning NONI Shake. #LivingElSalvador

Hello my awesome friends. Hope you are all doing great and keeping healthy out there.
I just want to share and inspire everyone to keep on staying healthy and taking care of the health and bodies since this is the most important thing because health is the one and only wealth.

I just want to share with all my steemian friends who have seen my Noni posts from a few last weeks that we are still continuing to consume the Noni fruit mostly by making shakes/juice every morning (unless I run out of Noni).
I still have to try and make a post about eating the ripe and stinky fruit, but now that we are drinking the juices I get pretty scared of trying to eating it, but one day I'll get brave enough.

I did share about eating the ripe Noni fruit before but the fruit was still pretty hard and it didn't smell this bad, but when it is very ripe and soft it looks pretty gross and it really smells, but that is how most people consume this fruit, so I'll have to suck it up and try it myself one day, but otherwise I think I will keep on drinking my morning juices which really look and feel more like a shake.

I also keep on experiencing and researching more and more about this amazing, healing fruit and the more I learn I'll keep sharing with all of you. So far so good, I have no complaints and enjoying the healthy experience.

The best time to consume Noni fruit is when the fruit is white-yellow which lets you capture full spectrum of enzymes and beneficial compounds.

In my next posts about Noni, I will share which way is the best and the most beneficial way of consuming this wonder NONI FRUIT and why, so stay in touch, you will not want to miss it out if you are interested in really consuming this magical fruit.


NONI SHAKE/JUICE RECIPE

Well it's not really a recipe but a way to show and share how we consume Noni fruit daily by mixing and tasting and experiencing all kinds of options since we try to add as much taste and nutrition to our shake as much as we can, so there is no rule or real recipe for it, you just make it your own, up to your liking and we try to make it as much healthy as we can.


For the three cups of shake I will use one medium Noni and add 1 cup of water, and cup of Aloe Vera juice.
Most of the time I will have to add 1 to two bananas since this really helps with the taste and it makes the drink more thicker and smoother and it makes it more like a shake, plus it is also great for you.
When I have a pineapple like I did today, I will also add some pineapple.
I also like to add some cinnamon (powder or essential oil) which is also amazing for your health and it gives you a nice smell and taste to it.

So really, it is up to you whatever you would like to add to it and how much.
I also did not strain the juice (seeds) this time and we just consume all of it and I will share on my next post why
