I like the brevity of your article but I think you covered everything well. I read your three fitness definitions, and I think I would call myself "functionally fit." I truly believe too that everyone will be happier and healthier if they exercise, that's a fact and not a theory.
Glad to find someone else on Steemit helping grow the fitness community as well! I can't believe I haven't heard of you yet!
