SOMA = body 

 Then the term PSYCHOMATIC refers to the mind making the body sick or diseases that have been created physically within the body by the mind and engrams are the cause of all psychosomatic diseases.   

A very simple example: It is When a person bites a dog in the leg this causes him physical pain in the leg in leg pain is recorded in his reactive mind along with all other perceptions of the accident as is the street dog The sound of the barking and the action that the dog did at the moment of attack, when that engram is subsequently re-stimulated by similar perceptions in your environment your reactive mind reproduces the recording and can appear the physical pain that contains and we say that the somatic Connected.

 
The somatic word refers to any pain perception that you experience as a result of engrams .

When a somatic connects the part of your body that was injured or sick when you received the engram you experience pain or illness again 

 

Another very clear example are asthmatic people their reactive mind is literally saying to their body that they can not breathe so it is their reactive mind causing their body to become sick
