BRAINwashed and CONtrolled. File #1: COWs MILK
File #1 as part of a series of files to expose the lies we accept as truth.
BRAINwashed and CONtrolled. Our Brains have been conned.
The BRAIN CON objective: Cow’s Milk
Deepen the pockets of the Meat and Dairy industry. Creates bad health, increasing the profits of the alloPATHETIC health care system. Promoted by Medical Dr.’s, Nutrionist and the Main Stream Media as doing the body good.
Why do humans even drink cow’s milk? This is a multi-generational BRAIN CON that runs very deep. Humans are the only species on the planet that drinks the milk from another species. Additionally, no other species continues to drink milk after being weaned, except for humans. The very sad truth is that humans firmly believe they need milk to be healthy.
90% of people are lactose intolerant. Many have a genetic mutation called lactase persistance that allows post-weaned humans to continue to digest milk. If you tolerate it and have the mutation, it does not mean its ok to drink it.
What you’re are told:
- You need it for the calcium
- You need it for vitamin D
- You need the protein
- Makes you strong and healthy
- You can lose weight from it
The TRUTH:
- One quart contains 400 million pus cells (AKA white blood cells)
- The milk protein is called (Casein) and it literally toxic to humans. It’s been linked to the following: Eczema, Acne, Kidney disease, Arthritis, Tooth Decay, Asthma, IBS, Sinus issue, Colitis, Chrons, MS, and Cancers.
3.) It’s actually a byproduct of blood.
4.) Contains bacteria, viruses, hormones, antibiotics, and parasites. Each glass can contain a mixture of as many as 20 painkillers, antibiotics and growth hormones.
Milk does contain calcium, but milk itself is acidic causing your body to shed calcium from your bones to alkalize your PH up to neutral level of 7. Older people with Osteoporosis drink milking thinking they are doing the body good, when in fact they are stripping more bone density from themselves causing more harm.
So where do cow’s get their calcium from? Are they drinking milk too!? Calcium is abundant in greens and fruit. You can get everything your body needs from fruits and veggies alone.
What about Vitamin D? The best source of Vitamin D is from natural sunlight. Avoid vitamin D2, which is a synthetic animal product. Vitamin D has shown to be one of the most important factors in maintaining a strong immune system, so be sure to keep an eye on your D3 levels.
The PHLEGM! Milk is an inflammatory, mucus forming concoction that backs up your lymphatic system like no other. Your lymphatic system is like your sewage system for your body. It’s vital to maintain free flowing waste to be excreted from your body. Why would you ever want to back your house up with waste? Your lymph nodes are like septic tanks, and when these tanks get clogged, is when DISease represents itself. Most DISease is a product of toxins being backed up in the lymphatic system.
Cow’s milk is designed for cow babies (calves). Human milk is designed for human babies. Why would you feed a little 7lb human baby the same food that is meant to grow something to be over 500lbs? The cow produced milk contains an immune system and protein ratios specifically for a cow. It is said that a baby should be weaned from human milk right around 2 years of age, which is around the time lactose enzymes stop being produced.
Any alternatives?
Yes, there are many alternatives but you don’t need them. If so, I would put them in the following order starting with the best. Ben and Jerry’s now makes some ice cream flavors with Almond milk and they taste amazing.
1.) Almond
2.) Cocunut
3.) Rice

I greatly appreciate it if you took the time to read my post. Please follow and I'll be happy to do the same.
Nice post. I still eat grass-fed butter and ghee which is not nearly so harmful as the casein in milk and cheese.
But oh, cheese! It is so tasty!
And I can vouch for Ben and Jerry's vegan ice creams. They are fabulous tasting! (A great company that is interested in commerce that benefits people and the earth and not just focused on profits. Check out B Corporations. There are a lot of them you might recognize.

I've been dairy free 100% for 5 years now. Please don't fall into the "grass fed makes it ok" idea. That is just another BRAIN CON in itself. It's actually just a way to make you pay more $ for the same crap you should avoid.
I view the GF like I view organic labels.
I don't eat a lot of fruit because they are high in sugar, but when I do, I make sure it's organic.
I don't eat fruit BECAUSE it's organic.
Similarly, I don't eat much dairy because of the casein, but butyrate is something I do want -- only when grass-fed.
Milk was one of the first foods to cause such problems to my digestive system. Once I did the research of how they were controlling information and putting out false claims, I knew it was bad. Thanks for this great public service blog.
Glad you figured it out. Thanks for reading.
Wow milk seems like something which is not as it seems. However, that is expected in this day and age where marketing and manipulation try to get people to buy a flawed product for their own profit.
The only cows here us as we are fed and milked dry of our money buying this thing which seems to be killing us.
Thanks for this great post @jeff747. Upvoted
Thanks @arckrai! I appreciate your time taken to read and comment. Glad to hear you are opening your eyes to it. Following.
bullshit and hearsay, did you even bother to distinguish between raw and organic? Where's one shred of evidence for any of this?
Undefined terms (milk), nil sources and substance purported under "NON brainwashing" food health and money.
If you care about your health, food or money, and you don't want propaganda research the benefits of saturated fat and cholesterol, because pointing at "milk" without specificity of what kind of milk and concluding "Yes, there are many alternatives but you don’t need them." is nothing but bullshit propaganda, with or without sources.
and where is exactly your evidence for what you are claiming????? I think such language is totally counterproductive and not helping humanity to make informed decisions. I suggest you work a bit on your attitude...
What is it that you need me to demonstrate, in other words what are you specifically concerned with? My attitude, not something specific or substantial?
I didn't help by pointing out that milk is undefined, a vague term that purports specificity?
You don't consider questioning unsubstantiated claims and baseless bullshit
Excellent shared on my profile
Thanks for the support!
Have you ever put human breast milk on your cereal or in your brew?, I have and it was vile, I shall be sticking with cows milk myself. I don't care weather it is good or bad for me like the majority of the people, we have to die of something. :)
It is true that we have to die of something, but how you feel while you are alive is what it's all about. I understand people put milk in their cereal, but brew? Never heard of that? Are you referring to beer or maybe coffee? Either way, there are better alternatives or just don't eat cereal - its bad for you anyway. Thanks for reading and commenting.
haha im english mate, brew is either tea or coffee in my world. Personally I don't care, the body is merely a vehicle, just like a car, it can be clapped out or brand new but inevitably will acquire problems. What we consume is not of concern, its just another societal divide being played by the powers that once were ;)
I figured it must have been the tea or coffee :-). Hello across the pond. You of course are entitled to your opinion, but I'd like to seriously disagree that what we consume is not of concern. 7 years ago I was affected with health issues that couldn't be diagnosed. At 34 years old I was having kidney stones and arthritis so bad that I couldn't make a fist. I changed my diet which involved eating mostly just fruits and vegetables. I gave up all meat and dairy, and I soon became a new human. I went on to break a World Record for the greatest distance run on a treadmill in 12 hours (84mile/ 135 KM). I was not a runner before that. Of course I had to work up to that distance, but I never would have been able to without that diet. The changes weren't just physical, but and overall better state of being. So for me, I'd rather treat my "car" with the best fuel it can get to perform the best it can. Have a good one! https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@jeff747/sick-overweight-and-out-of-shape-to-world-record-breaker-please-allow-me-to-introduce-myself
:) like you say you are entitled to believe whatever you like, I'm mid 30s and well travelled, I have many beliefs, but the main 1 is that nature will always provide your needs. We don't need to be overly mindful of what we consume from experience and observation. Too many people exist solely off mcdonalds alleged foods and they are perfectly healthy, others exist on veg alone. If an illness is doing the rounds you have just as much chance of contracting it as anybody else.
Now I also believe in manifestation, if you believe that your diet will affect your health then that will be the case, personally I don't nor will I ever. The body / vehicle needs food water shelter and warmth, obviously rotting food will make us ill, as will contaminated water but if it doesn't look good I wont consume it, same goes for smell.
This is bordering on the cult of vegantard, a topic I utterly detest, I shall take a bow and exit stage right here.
Thanks for the conversation, have a grand day mate :)
Wow, this is all very interesting. This is making me rethink milk!

I knew it long ago from
Research. It's not good. I have a 2 year old who drinks it but I am slowly making changes to alternatives.
