This is a nice lengthy article and I can definitely relate. After getting back from holiday my "clock" is off a little. This causes me to stay up later, (work on steemit more) but also wake up later which leads to a cyclical effect. Ive found reading before bed and not touching any electronics has really helped me get back into my normal rhythm. Great piece
