Have you ever experience that feeling of nervousness and worriedness about something? That kind of feeling is a normal part of everyday life. A little bit of anxiety can really help you focus your attention, energy and motivation to the task at hand. It is good at its normal measure, however, anxiety can become abnormal if it interferes with your day-to-day activities.

A lot of people don’t realize or understand the direct effects it can have on a person or even themselves. Sometimes people think that anxious people are lazy, irresponsible and passive. They dont know that this is a serious condition that needs early consultation.

So for those who are not anxious people, you should be aware of things that people don’t know they’re doing because of their high functioning anxiety. Here are the symptoms, we can say that an individual might be suffering from anxiety:

Worriying About Mistake

Mistakes are normal and it's a part of life and a part of growing. But for someone with anxiety, mistake always makes them worry.

More Worry Than Someone's Concerns About You

When someone notices that they’re not alright. They think – if someone else notices, then it must be worse than they thought.

Decline Invites

You are invited by your friends in a party but on the day of the event, your anxiety begin ti take up your whole space. Anxiety over an event can be draining that make you feel as if your tired to go out. You cancelled everything and stay home to avoid burden where you supposed to go. This is one of the symptoms of anxiety, avoiding social situations.

The Future Terrifies You

Someone who suffering from anxiety becomes intimidated and frustrated thinking of the future. Dealing with the present is so tough for them and thinking how much tougher the future going to be.

Obsessision

Being obsess of a certain things or events is also a common symptom of anxiety. The hard truth is that you obsess over everything that has happened a week ago or even a month ago.
Also being obsess over people who do not respond to you. Waiting for his/ her reply over 12 hours but no response at all and you begin wondering if they've seen your message or just ignore it.

Sleeping Late and Wake Up Early

Sleeping is the number one problem for those with high anxiety. Because of too much thinking of many things they got difficulty in sleeping.

Once their anxiety switches on, there is nothing they can do to turn it off, so they just don’t go back to bed.

Constantly Thinking of the Worst Scenario

Rather than enjoying the moment, someone with severe anxiety will begin convince themselves that the worst scenario is going to happen.

One example is when they get sick. They will self-diagnose themselves and link their symptoms to the absolute worse disease they can find.

Rethinking Past Conversations

Someone with anxiety keep on rewinding how well a conversation went. They are afraid that they might said something wrong so they try to avoid confrontation at all costs. And they are trying to remind that it is their anxiety tricking their mind is something they try to work on.

Mentally Tired to Get Out of Bed

Even though their anxiety wakes them up early in the morning, it doesn’t mean they’re ready to get up. Most days they’re too mentally and physically tired to get out of bed and just wish they could stay curled under the sheets. They enjoyed staying inside their room than going outside.

Blame for Slow Responses

When someone with anxiety is messaging people, they need a quick response. They get easily become angry or worried if they do not receive one. They begin to panic and wonder if they said something wrong. This is also another reason they rewind past conversations. Guilt is one of the many side effects of living with anxiety.

Comparing Success to Others Your Age

People suffering from this condition may not compare thier self to others but because of anxiety they keep up-to-date with all the success their peer have done. Its not the success of their peers that scares them, it's wondering their will can.

Don’t Enjoy Meeting New People

People with anxiety will constantly be worrying “will they like me?” And if they don’t come to them and converse, they will just keep to themselves or even leave the function altogether. People with anxiety will try and avoid anything that will trigger it. People with anxiety and people who do not do well in social situations will not enjoy meeting new people.

Anxiety is serious threat to mental health of every person who suffer from this condition. If you experience this condition or you know someone suffering from anxiety, advice him/her to consult a doctor as early as he/she can before it leads to a serious health problem.

Consult a doctor if possible @amarbir, these symptoms are common we dont realized that we are already doing these things because we are anxious.
