For every two truth their is a lie, sometimes it hard to determine which is which. Letting go on this 12 myths about gym or misconceptions will help you to get better, stronger, faster and more powerful.

No.01. Strength training for women make you bulk up:
This statement is not true at all because women does not have testosterone levels as men. So, how they can bulk up like man.

No.02. You can focus of fat losing from certain parts: this is also a big myth, we can not loss fat from a certain parts. If you workout and it loss fat from all body parts.

No.03. Doing lots of cardio best way to loose weight: which is not true because we also have to include weight training also for weight loss.

No.04. You should work out every day: If we start working out every day then our body don't get time for recovery and rest.

No.05: Not felling sore means you didn't get a good work out: If your muscles didn't sore it doesn't means that you don't give your 100 percent. You have to tell the pump and tiredness on your muscles only.
