5 Tips To Gain Muscle For Beginner
If you search in google you will alot of blogs and videos but I will tell you a pin point 5 tips to gain muscle.
No.01. Start with moderate resistance and volume. This means that you dont have to lift heavy from your first day of your gym. If you lift haevy then your muscle get soreness and you loss your strength for next day. So go moderate on your weights. Lift medium weight for 10 reps and 3 sets.
No.02. Get your protein. Nutrition is the main key to build muscle or fat loss. And it does not matter for the beginner to take protein on time. But you have to take 1 gram of protein on 1 pound of your body weight.
No.03. Compound movements. First of all, you have to focus on your compound movement because it is easier to put muscle by doing compound exercise like bench press, squats, dead lifts, push up, etc.
No.04. Work on mobility. For mobility many people dont believe in stretching and warm up their body before exercise. Because of this they cant able to perform exercise on good form and they have their joint pain.
No.05. Ask for help. Dont get hesitate in the gym and always ask for a help. Always try to learn new exercise from the experienced people.
