Eat Your Pea Shoots!

Pea Shoots i have pictured are a very special crunchy and tasty microgreen. To me they taste like green peanuts and they are used in various Chinese and other Asian cuisines.

YES! Look into growing microgreens for yourself they are fairly easy and will provide you extremely nutritious food for during the harsh winters!
