Do you fast? If you do, why?

I do prolonged fasts for a lot of reasons. I actually fast mimick. So I allow myself a bulletproof coffee or just a coffee with some coconut milk, and sometimes I will drink some bone broth w/ Himalayan salt.

I fast for improved weight loss, the protein sparing effects, cellular cleanup & repair, increased energy levels, enhanced cognition, reduction in sleep requirements, and most importantly for the journey within!
