Ginger, Lemon and Honey Health Drink For Your Lungs! How To Make And How It Helped Me!
First of all I want to thank @lily-da-vine for recommending this drink to me after I left a comment on one of her posts. I think it's pretty cool when "dolphins/whales" respond to minnows in the comments....anyways be sure to check out her account it's pretty awesome but be aware your gonna be jealous of her awesome lifestyle!!
The Benefits:
Before I tell you how to make this amazing drink I'll give you a quick briefing on the health benefits and how it can benefit your lungs (and many others things but I'm focusing on your lungs). Instead of me repeating all the benefits from some online article I figured I'd just send you right to the source so here's the benefits of ginger, lemon and honey, especially for your lungs!

How I make my ginger, lemon and honey tea:
Estimated Time To Prepare: 5 Mins
Note: Make sure all products are organic, as this will make it much healthier and you'll get the full benefit of the drink!
Step 1: Cut ginger into thin slices and place in your cup of choice! Make sure to take the skin off the outside! Pictures of Ginger before and after cutting...
Step 2: Squeeze lemon into drink...Yup it's really this simple!
Step 3: Pour boiling water into your cup and try to pour directly over ginger, although I don't think it makes that big of a difference...
Step 4: Take your favorite honey and put 1 teaspoon into drink...remember to choose the right honey, your trying to get the health benefit so a honey with mainly processed sugar and flavoring isn't going to help you much
Step 5: Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
Hey, I resteemed this for two reasons, it's cool that it helped and it's cool that you shared it with people. One of the ways I got popular was by trying stuff like this and sharing my results, case in point kombucha haha
Haha awesome thanks I appreciate it! This community is awesome! I'll have to give kombucha a try!
This concoction is magical, I swear! I always drink it when I feel like I am about to get a cold (you know the feeling: itchy throat, more sneezing than normal, a bit fatigued) and 90% of the time it seems to shut it down before it begins, it's amazing. It also helps when you are already sick, it speeds up the recovery and mitigates the symptoms.
Nice post, @itsyeboy, I appreciate that you shared your sources of information about the benefits of this infusion, however it would be even better to hear how it helped you, talking about your personal experience :). Cheers!
Yea for sure...I was a smoker for years and could start to almost feel my lungs clog up....After drinking this in the mornings I could feel all that gunk come up and felt relieved! Thanks for the feedback!

That's good stuff there.
Sure is!
great post!
Already had my water and lemon today with effervescent calcium/vit c/zinc tabs. I'll skip the honey but should look at adding some ginger. Nice one!
Cool I'll have to look into effervescent calcium/vit c/zinc tabs, I don't know a lot about those but I'm interested in this sort of stuff!
Calcium is tough to hit daily if you believe the recommended daily amount. The vit c tabs are something like 800% so you can chop those up to save some cash - you poop out the excess anyway! :)
Cool stuff I'll have to get some! Thanks for sharing!
