HEALTHY RECIPES #2 | BREAKFAST | BASIC OATMEAL CEREAL (Vegan)
Basic, easy and fast, this oatmeal cereal recipe.
There were weeks i only ate this for breakfast. It is an amazing composition at least for me and of course you can switch every fruit for another, so you can eat something a bit different every day ;)
This recipe may not be the ultimate healthy dish but it is extremely useful for beginners :)
It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare <3
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 banana
1 orange
1 lemon
75 g oatmeal
1 teaspoon peanut butter
a loooooooooooot of ceylon cinnamon <3
20 g grounded hazelnut
Directions:
- Weigh out 75 g of oatmeal and place it in a bowl
- halve the orange and lemon
and squeeze the juice with a juicer and pour it over the oatmeal
() - cut the banana and apple into small cubes and add them to the bowl
- Add 1 teaspoon peanut buter and 20 g grounded hazelnut
- add as much cinnamon as you wish
- mix it all together
- ENJOY<3
