Drink banana tea to sleep well
There are nights when I can't fall asleep. I tried what I could, at 2 or 3 in the morning I am fully awake, circling and cannot turn a blind eye. While everyone occasionally experiences restless nights, their lack of sleep can interfere with their daily lives if they regularly have trouble falling asleep in 15 to 20 minutes, or if they wake up more than two or three times a night, it is worth talking about. While there are some natural and herbal remedies to help you fall asleep, here is another one that you can try, I highly recommend it:
Banana tea for deep-sleep.
This organic sleeping pill enriched with bananas works wonders and also tastes great. But how does it work? Bananas, especially peels, are loaded with potassium and magnesium, two essential nutrients that will help you sleep better. While magnesium helps prevent sleep disorders, both nutrients work together to relax the muscles.

• One organic banana
• One small pot of water
• A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

1. Cut both ends of the banana and place them, peel them and all in boiling water. Let the banana cook for about 10 minutes.
2. Pour the banana water into a cup with a sieve. If you wish, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on this point. Drink tea an hour before bedtime.
3. Leftover banana is also quite tasty. Serve on a plate and dig into the skin. The texture is soft, sticky and very lovely.
