Seasoned Ground Beef: 1 simple recipe, 4 easy meals

If you’re a busy Mommy (or Daddy) like me, we depend on our easy “Go-To” recipes to get us through the busy work week, but sometimes cooking these “Go-To” simple meals can sometimes get monotonous and dull.

1 recipe, 4 meals!

No worries! I’ve got an easy ground beef recipe and I’ll show you how to make 4 VERY simple meals with it!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef
  • 4 oz Chopped Spinach, Frozen or Fresh
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder


Instructions

1) Throw all ingredients into a pan and cook until beef is thoroughly cooked through. Toss around to get all the moisture to evaporate.

2) That. Is. It.

3) Super Simple! Super Easy!

Nutritional Information per oz: 51 calories / 3.4g fat / 0.4g carbs / 0.2g net carbs / 4.5g protein



Now let’s get to the fun part! How to incorporate this into 4 easy meals!


Omelet: 

The perfect customizable breakfast! In addition to the seasoned ground beef, you can add whatever toppings makes you warm and fuzzy inside. Pictured: 2 eggs, Seasoned Ground Beef, Fresh Spinach, Avocados, Feta, and Hot Sauce (Cheddar Cheese is optional topping)

Salad:

If Omelets aren’t your thing, here are the SAME exact toppings but made into a salad! What is great about this salad is there is no real need for dressing. The seasoned ground beef combined with the runny egg yolk is deliciously amazing. Pictured: 2 eggs, Seasoned Ground Beef, Fresh Spinach, Avocados, Feta, and Hot Sauce

Pizza: 

  1. Grab your favorite pizza crust recipe
  2. Add your sauce
  3. Add your cheese
  4. Add your seasoned ground beef
  5. Add any other toppings that makes your heart flutter
  6. BAM! You’ve got yourself a pretty tasty dinner. 

Stuffed Bell Pepper: 

  1. In a pot, boil bell peppers for about 1 min
  2. In a separate pan, sauté about 1 pound of cauliflower rice with 4 tablespoons of grass-fed better and 1 tsp of salt
  3. Toss until most of the moisture has evaporated away
  4. Mix seasoned ground beef into cauliflower rice
  5. Spoon into half a bell pepper (cut vertically)
  6. Optional: top with shredded cheese
  7. Bake for 5 minutes at 350°
