Africa and some parts of Asia have the highest lactose intolerance rates in the world. I would recommend for lactose intolerant people to stop consuming dairy. So, if you are from an ethnic or racial group that has evolved with lactose tolerance I would consume dairy. Consumption of mostly yoghurt and butter. Butter is high in saturated fat so consume moderately but many margarines include trans fats. Most importantly Cows have been bred as livestock dependent on humans. If everyone stopped consuming dairy and meat. It would mean the extinction of cows.
