Government Vaccine Court Concedes Death by Gardasil Vaccine Case After 8 Years

After a long 8-year legal battle with the government-run vaccine court, the U.S. Government has just conceded that the Gardasil vaccine killed 21 year old Christina Richelle Tarsell.
The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a special "Vaccine Court" set up in 1988 as part of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which gave legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injuries and deaths due to vaccines, will compensate the family of Christina from funds collected from taxes on vaccines sold, and the company who produces Gardasil, Merck, will suffer no consequences as a result.
The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is largely unknown to the public according to a 2014 report published by the Government Accountability Office, so there is no way to know how many other young women have been killed by the Gardasil vaccine.
Christina Tarsell is believed to be the first victim of the Gardasil vaccine that the U.S. Government has conceded was a death resulting from the HPV vaccine.

The Vaccine Court originally denied the claim that Gardasil killed Christina Tarsell, but it was overturned on appeal.
Emily Tarsell alleges that the human papillomavirus (“HPV”) vaccine caused her daughter, Christina, to die unexpectedly. Ms. Tarsell, acting as the executrix of Christina’s estate, is seeking compensation pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 300aa−10 through 34 (2012).The undersigned previously found that Ms. Tarsell had not met her burden of proof. Decision, 2016 WL 880223 (Fed. Cl. Spec. Mstr. Feb. 16, 2016).
However, the Court of Federal Claims vacated the decision and remanded for additional consideration under different legal standards. Opinion and Order, 2017 WL 3837363 (Fed. Cl. June 30, 2017).
Under the Court-directed legal standards, the undersigned finds that Ms. Tarsell is entitled to compensation.

Doctors not Unified on Issue of Gardasil Efficacy or Safety
As part of their case, Emily Tarsell, the mother of Christina, used the testimony of two medical doctors, one an immunologist, and the other one a cardiologist, in support of the fact that the Gardasil vaccine caused her daughter's death. The U.S. government attorneys provided their own medical doctors to refute this testimony.
This fact alone shows how the issue of vaccine injuries and deaths are routinely censored by both the corporate "mainstream" media which is largely funded by pharmaceutical company advertisements, and the U.S. government, who try to convince the public that all vaccines are safe and effective, and that all medical doctors are in agreement to this "science" which they claim is "settled."
This is patently not true, especially in regards to the Gardasil HPV vaccine, where many doctors and scientists have spoken out against the vaccine, especially outside of the U.S.

In France, Dr. Dalbergue, a former pharmaceutical industry physician with Gardasil manufacturer Merck, has stated :
I predict that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times because at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill, serve no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.
