My job is pretty full on, I'm on my feet all day and often feel weak/ tired after a day of work even if I've had a chance to eat. Any ideas on how this could work with fasting or best to avoid it if you've got a busy life?

Hey sorry for the late reply. I'll be making a post on intermittent fasting which is a great start to allowing the body work more optimally and promote healing, without having to stop eating all together. It comes down to what do you want. I fast because I want to feel good in my body everyday for a long time. Other bonuses of fasting includes more acceptance less worry a sense of peace within happy for no reason, kid like. To me fasting is like being born again, you give yourself a fresh start. I took 3 weeks off work to recharge and fast for 8 days 5 on water and 3 days on fresh juice. But if you go back to work and don't drink enough water and eat shit you won't maintain the benefits that fasting offers. I'm wanting to build a portfolio and get feedback from clients that are willing to listen and take on what I advice I have to give on a donation basis. let me know if you are interested.
