We all know Eating more fat foods causes bad cholesterol to increase in your blood, which is called high cholesterol or cholesterol increases, the increase in the amount of bad cholesterol causes good cholesterol to decrease,High cholesterol patients are often confused which diet should be eaten and which diet should not eat, I will tell you today that by eating which diet your bad cholesterol can be reduced.

Let's first know what is cholesterol

Cholesterol is a fat-like substance produced by the liver, it is important for cell membrane, vitamin D, digestion, and the formation of some hormones,Cholesterol does not dissolve in our body water, hence it can not reach itself to other organs of our body, a crystal called "Lipoprotein" helps in transferring cholesterol through blood care to other organs of our body.

What is the type of cholesterol ?
Cholesterol is divided into four types

A.Total Cholesterol.
Less than 200 mg/dl - ideal level
200 - 239 mg/dl - Risk level
240 mg/dl - High Risk level

B.High density Lipoprotein.
Less than 40 mg / dl (in men). Less than 50 mg / dl (in women) Heart disease risk.
More than 60 mg / dl - Safe from Heart disease.

C.Low Density Lipoprotein.
Less than 100 mg / dl - Best level
130-169 mg / dl - Boundary level
190 mg / dl and above - Much more

D.Triglyceride
Less than 150 mg / dl - Normal level
150-199 mg / dl - High level
200-500 mg / dl - Very high level

All persons over the age of twenty years should check the cholesterol in their blood at least once in five years, it is best to do a blood test called lipoprotein profile to measure cholesterol levels.
