Tapping Into My Power And Releasing Fear

I have been harboring in a place of fear, my mind has been plagued with darkness and this mind is not a place I recognize. I have spent countless hours doing yoga and meditating fear and anxiety out of my life but my mind has been so distraught these past few years I haven’t been able to stand my own company in silence for more than a few minutes. Fear had a hold on my being and has tainted some beautiful scenarios.

Yesterday, while in a yoga class the last 5mins were dedicated to meditation, finding peace is something I haven’t been able to attain for long without fear creeping in while in meditation, but I finally had a break through. I found a way to turn what I was having fear about into a euphoric meditative experience, one which I thought I had lost for good.

Accepting and surrendering to things as they are is a powerful experience. Letting go of control, stop fighting and just allowing things to be and turning the thoughts towards healing, a strong energy at work to repair and transition to a healthier state of being.

Perhaps I should recognize this as a cycle, I climbed out of despair and darkness once before with the help of mindfulness, it was a tremendous part of my growth and now the cycle of growth is coming back around and pressuring me to tap into source once again and heal myself, it wears a different face but the solution remains the same.

After having that experience of connection, grounding and acceptance I know what needs to be done and I can tap back into it find peace and release my fears, I am powerful.

What makes us afraid of real life?

Everyone Has a problem but how it becomes a process of not being able to mature more to deal with every issue with joy. The most interesting thing when the problem can be with a variety of ways that can eliminate fear.

What is a good Kenario for us to be free from problems?

The reducing of anxiety is purely you becoming comfortable with yourself and accepting what is.

I battle fear too. I am finding a way to look it in the face, instead of hiding from it. When I get out of my head I'm always surprised at how bright the world is. So easy it is to get lost in our dreariness.

Yes, be brave and face it for what it is and surrender. ❤️

Our mind is the most powerful tool we have, and mastering it is the only way to overcome any fear we might feel.
