Great info! I've done experimenting with intermittent fasting and have been pleased with the results. It's quite remarkable how little we need to eat for sustenance.
I'm almost 2 weeks in. I did a weigh-in after the first week and had lost 1 lb. Beyond the weight loss, fasting boosts your growth hormone and can help you gain muscle once you do take a meal or at least help prevent the usual muscle loss most people get when burning fat.
