When we feel our life relax . In a word when we got more life strength . That increase our life power . It is known as pranayaam. Aam means long. Long means long validity . By paraanaam our life validity increases . This praanaam leads our bodies. It helps us to keep healthy our spouse and nerves . It removes us typhoid , sordi, newmonia etc . In a word it increase our meditation . It is part of meditation . It increase our patience . It removes our laziness . Everyone should practice different types of prayanaam . Really it is great comfortable for all human bodies .
