For some people the word "diet" drives them up the wall!
They want to eat healthier but the very thought of not being able to eat what they want discourages many in sticking to their diet plan.
We must admit that when we try something new, especially when it restricts us from things we like doing, it takes time for us to adjust.
However the big question is, who wants to stay on a diet forever?
Is there a way to eat what you want, when you want?
