Detoxing the Body Naturally

When we accumulate toxins from food air and water, those toxins collect and dump into the connective tissue making cells weaker and weaker. Every 2-10 days cells renew, 6 weeks for muscular cells and once a month for skin cells. In order for cells to be vital cleansing and detoxing the body naturally is required. Cleaning out the liver is most important. The liver takes out these toxins and passes them into the bile duct. The toxins cause coagulation of the bile. The bile becomes thick and hardened into green stones. As John Hopkins University calls them - interpathic gallstones. When clogging the bile flow we don't digest food well, thus nutrients won’t get to the cells. Causing weight gain and aging (Fat and old people).
In contrast, people with clean livers can be easily identified by there clear skin, muscle tone and lower body fat because of the efficient digestive system. If you want to look young, with muscle tone and live a long vibrant life. Keep your liver and gallbladder clean.

Each month on the new moon it is time to cleanse out my liver and gallbladder. Starting this process early in 2016, this is my 17th time cleansing out the liver. Took a few of the months off. Overall another successful flush. Very exhausting after words. Almost a two day recovery where I just need to rest. This is a throwback to cleanses in the past and a link to how to do the flush.
