Important tips to remain Healthy

Hi guys,
Today I want to share with you some important tips to remain Healthy.
As in this whole world everybody is working person, so to work more and to achieve your goal you should take care of your health and should remain fit in this competitive world. So you should take proper diet i.e. you should eat proper fruit and proper vegetables. Today I will mention here some important fruits and food that you should eat regularly.
1> Milk- Milk should be in our diet because it is body building foods means it give us proteins which helps us to do our regular work.
2>Banana- We should eat two banana everyday because banana contains potassium , calcium which is very good for our bones to remain strong.bananas.jpg
3> Apple-Apple is another fruit which is very healthy for our body because it is good for our skin and in this fruit it doesn't contain fats. So it is very essential for our body.
4>Citrus fruits- Citrus fruits includes like lemon, oranges...and many more. So this fruits is very protective for our body because it generates a strong immune system for our body. So our body can fight with any diseases.![key-limes-jpg.jpg]

And in everyday diet you should also eat eggs,meat,fish ,green leaf vegetables and the food which contains carbohydrates like potato,rice, and many more..... which are also very good for our health.
