i. Apples reduces your bad cholesterols

Studies have found that eating apples, reduces the level of oxidized LDL(low-density lipoprotein), a type of cholesterol that is likely to promote inflammation than unoxidized LDL. When LDL become oxidized, it takes on a form that begins atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, which can lead to peripheral artery disease, blindness, erectile dysfunction and some life-threatening diseases.

Studies have found that apple increases the level of Acetlycholine, a vital neurotransmitter.
Neurotransmitters are chemicals released by nerve cells to transmit messages to other nerve cells. Such communication between nerve cells is vital for good health, not just in the brain, but throughout the body.

iv. Apples help in appetite control.

Apples are very high in diet fibre. It typically contains 6 grams of diet fibre, almost a quarter of your recommended daily value.
A high diet fibre can help so many ways: it can can help normalize bowel movement, control blood sugar, lower cholesterol and help in achieving healthy weight.

v. Apple increases energy

Apples are great source of simple carbohydrates, which can be turned into energy quickly. Apples are great choice for afternoon or pre-workout snacks.

One of my favourite fruits, I've found a reason ti stick to it.

Really loved the post, It also helps in detoxifying the body. That's where apple cider vinegar comes into play. The thing that I like about apple is that, it helps in any type of diet, be it IF or Paleo diet.
